  • First conversation free

We work with businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, off-the-shelf tools or their last developer — and need software shaped around how they actually operate.

01 — What we do

The systems a business runs on.

We take on the software that sits at the centre of a business — the systems you quote from, schedule with, and get paid through. Whether that's a custom platform, a website, a mobile app or a well-placed piece of AI, the same senior people scope it, build it and stand behind it after launch.

  1. Custom software & business systems

Purpose-built systems that replace the spreadsheets and workarounds at the centre of your operations — quoting, scheduling, job tracking, client portals, reporting. Built around your process, not somebody else's template.

Typical engagement Job-management system replacing spreadsheets

A good fit when A core process depends on one overworked spreadsheet — or one person who knows every step.

  2. Websites & web apps

Fast, well-built sites and web applications that do real work: taking bookings, generating quotes, serving customers. Designed to make the next action obvious, and built to be easy to maintain.

Typical engagement Company site with a quote-request workflow

A good fit when Your website needs to do a job — not just exist.

  3. Mobile apps — iOS & Android

Native and cross-platform apps for your customers or your field teams: capturing jobs on site, keeping crews and the office in sync, putting your service in your customers' pockets.

Typical engagement Field-service app for crews on site

A good fit when The work happens away from a desk.

  4. AI chatbots & AI integration

Assistants grounded in your own documents and data — answering customer and staff questions, drafting the routine work, and handing over to a person when it matters. Practical AI with a measurable payoff, not a widget for show.

Typical engagement Support assistant answering from your own content

A good fit when Your team answers the same questions every week.

  5. Technology consulting

Not sure what to build — or inherited something that isn't working? We give you an independent technical view and a plain-English recommendation, whether or not the answer involves us.

Typical engagement Independent review of an inherited system

A good fit when You want a straight answer before you spend serious money.

Our position on AI

AI is a capability, not a strategy. We'll tell you plainly where it will pay for itself in your business — and where it won't.

02 — How we engage

Four phases. No surprises.

Every engagement moves through the same four phases, and each one ends with something concrete in your hands. You always know where the work is up to, what happens next, and what it costs.

  1. Understand We start with the business, not a feature list.

How work moves through your team today, where it snags, and what "better" would actually mean. If the honest answer is that you don't need custom software, this is where we say so.

You receive A written summary of the problem, in plain English

  2. Propose Scope, timeline and price — fixed, in writing.

You get a recommended approach with the scope, timeline and price set out before you commit a dollar, including what we'd deliberately leave out of a first version and why.

You receive A fixed-scope written proposal

  3. Build Working software every few weeks — not a reveal at the end.

You see real progress regularly, test early, and re-prioritise while change is still cheap. The code, designs and accounts are yours from day one.

    You receive Working software, regularly

  4. Support Launch isn't the finish line.

We stay to support what we've built: fixes, improvements and straight advice as your business changes. Or, if you'd rather maintain it in-house, we hand over properly and stay available.

You receive Support, and a plan for what's next

03 — Why us

Built like a firm you can hold to its word.

Senior people do the work.

The people in your first conversation are the people who design and build your system. Nothing is handed down a chain.

Everything in writing.

Scope, price and timeline are agreed in a written proposal before you commit — and the proposal is the document we're held to.

You own what we build.

Code, designs, documentation and accounts are yours from day one. Working with us never means being locked to us.

We support what we ship.

Good software is maintained, measured and improved in real use. We stay around after launch — as much or as little as you need.

04 — Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can promise: you'll get a written proposal with a fixed scope and price before any build begins — and if your budget and the problem don't match, we'll tell you in the first conversation, not after three meetings.

How long does a build take?

A focused website is typically a matter of weeks; a custom business system is typically a few months. After the first conversation we'll give you an honest range for your project, and the proposal sets out a timeline you can hold us to.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code, designs, documentation and accounts belong to you, and proper handover is part of the engagement. Nothing is held back if you ever choose to work with someone else.

What happens after launch?

Software needs an owner. We offer ongoing support sized to the system we've built — or, if you'd rather maintain it in-house, we hand it over properly, document it well and stay available.

We're not in Perth — does that matter?

No. We're Perth-based and work with clients across Australia. Progress is visible online, meetings fit your timezone, and everything important is in writing.

Do we actually need custom software?

Sometimes the honest answer is no. If an off-the-shelf tool fits your business, we'll point you to it — a clear recommendation is a perfectly good way for an engagement to end. Custom makes sense when the standard tools are the thing slowing you down.

05 — Start the conversation

Tell us what you're weighing up.

Share the rough version — a problem, an idea, or a system that's holding you back. There's no sales team here: you'll talk directly with the people who would build your software.

  1. We reply within one business day.

Your enquiry goes straight to the team — no ticketing system, no call script.

  2. We talk — free, and obligation-free.

A conversation about your business and what's slowing it down. No pitch deck.

  3. You get our recommendation in writing.

What we'd do and what it involves — whether or not that answer is us.
